From the Executive Director
Co-existing at a single location will enable companies to coordinate production activities efficiently with feeders like machinery and equipment providers and suppliers of raw materials and spares. For small and medium-sized businesses, the time and costs involved in sourcing requirements will be considerably reduced, as they can avail several shared services. IMPZ provides an environment for the growth of the media production industry in the region by building key facilities, investing in infrastructure, and forming a unique 'free zone'. This free zone will incorporate industrial, commercial, residential and community service projects under its mantle. IMPZ is home to the biggest names in the printing industry such as international representations by Heidelberg, MANRolland, KBA, Agfa Pre-Press, Fuji, Libras, Bobst, Technotrans and Gimpex. IMPZ also host regional organizations such as Galadari Interpack Printing & Packaging, Delta printing Press, ORCHID Paper Trading , Ali Al Hashemi, Afra International, PICO International, 24 Group, COSTRA, Horizon Printing Press, ITP Publishing, Media Quest Corporation, Macmillan Education and Motivate Publishing. At the crossroads of Asia, Europe and Africa, Dubai is complemented by its enviable proximity to multiple markets, and has already proven its mettle as a central hub for various international operations. |
