Building designModern, simple and futuristic, Utilitarian, clean and functional – a few features that the building at the Publishing Pavilion embodies - The building composition is that of an elongated rectangle that accommodates both offices and retail spaces
- Deigned to harmonise with coordinating structures, the building seamlessly combines glass and steel, striking the perfect balance between light and space
- With retail shopping on the ground floor and part of the first floor, the aim is st creating a cohesive environment while separating the two functions of work and leisure
- The rectangular skylight atrium will enable the office floors to share the natural light of the body. The lobby will be accentuated by water features, furniture, art and sculpture to highlight the uniqueness of traditional architecture
- The outdoors are also carefully designed with greenery all around
